PEMILIHAN EMARKETPLACE DI INDONESIA PADA KUARTAL PERTAMA TAHUN 2020 MENGGUNAKAN METODE FUZZY MOORA

Pemilihan emarketplace yang tepat akan meningkatkan profitabilitas bisnis. Kriteria yang mempengaruhi pemilihan antara lain : service quality, system quality, information quality dan vendor spesific quality. Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan metode Fuzzy Moora dalam pemilihan emarketplace di Indonesia pada kuartal pertama tahun 2020. Dalam Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alternatif yang dipilih merupakan tigas besar emarketplace yang banyak dikunjungi di Indonesia pada kuartal pertama tahun 2020. Diperoleh urutan pemeringkatan alternatif berdasarkan nilai kinerja yaitu SH (BNP=2.51), BL (BNP=2.28) dan TP (BNP=2.25). Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi pemilihan emarketplace di Indonesia tahun 2020.
