PEMILIHAN EMARKETPLACE DI INDONESIA PADA KUARTAL PERTAMA TAHUN 2020 MENGGUNAKAN METODE FUZZY MOORA

Pemilihan emarketplace yang tepat akan meningkatkan profitabilitas bisnis. Kriteria yang mempengaruhi pemilihan yaitu : kualitas pelayanan (service quality), kualitas sistem (system quality), kualitas informasi (information quality) dan kualitas penyedia layanan (vendor spesific quality). Dalam Penelitian ini , dilakukan penerapan metode Fuzzy Moora dalam pemilihan emarketplace di Indonesia pada kuartal pertama tahun 2020. Dalam Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alternatif yang dipilih merupakan tigas besar emarketplace yang banyak dikunjungi di Indonesia pada kuartal pertama tahun 2020. Diperoleh urutan pemeringkatan alternatif berdasarkan nilai kinerja yaitu SH (BNP=2.51), BL (BNP=2.28) dan TP (BNP=2.25). Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi pemilihan emarketplace di Indonesia tahun 2020.
